lawbard...is now done. The last event was yesterday, and it was all kinds of viking fur clad axe wielding awesome.
FIRE BREATHING DRAGON. Well, ice breathing undead dragon. Seriously. 3 person operated rig, two massive claws and a head with glowing eyes, removable scales, and a glowing heart underneath - that BREATHED STEAM at people. Well, it was a fire extinguisher's CO2 blast. But wow. Stand in front of that and know what a breath weapon hits like. Or stand in front of it with a shield and you're in a scene right out of the original D&D handbook.
It was even more awesome than the Kraken from Pirates.
I'm going to miss it - partially because it was fun, but mostly because a number of the people who ran it - well I don't see them often. Some may be done with larping all together. Means I need to find another way to get together, and thats harder the older one gets it seems. Meh!
But one thing at a time. Next up, 7V then MM.
