lawbardFlooding fun! Basement flooded, hot water still out, pumping continues - electronic but not automatic. Also, golf clubs soaked at the handles. Several inches at crest, mostly under control now.
In addition: detours!! Flooded roads, clogged stormdrains, underwater parking lots...funfun!
The moral of this story: dear humans, Mother Nature runs this place, you only live here. You don't control or own it. Get the message before you wreck the place like a bad tenant.
